Depression is the common sign of weakness faced by 1 out of 4 persons. Irrespective of age, people are getting depressed. All we need when we get depressed is a person who understands our pain, and a person who finds a solution for our obstacles.
The first and the immediate thing we do when our beloved ones get depressed is that we try to make them smile. And when they say that they are “Ok”, we leave the issue. Isn’t this what we all are doing since a long time?
